All products are manufactured in our atelier located in Bucovina, Romania. Each piece is handcrafted to order using traditional techniques combined with innovative design approaches.

Our designs draw inspiration from avant-garde fashion movements and established avant-garde brands, reinterpreted through our unique creative vision and manufacturing processes.

These variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and do not constitute defects. 

3.6 Made-to-Order Production 

Production timeline: 3-4 weeks from order confirmation 

Each piece is individually crafted in our Bucovina atelier 

Products are made exclusively for the purchasing customer 

Production begins only after payment confirmation 

4. NFC AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM 

4.1 NFC Tag Information 

Each product includes an embedded NFC tag containing: 

Owner registration information 

Complete material composition and safety warnings 

Unique product identification code 

Care and maintenance instructions 

Direct contact information 

4.2 Tag Placement 

Garments: Interior seam location as appropriate for design 

Accessories: Interior compartment or designated area 

Other products: As indicated in product specifications 

4.3 Authentication Purpose 

NFC tags serve as digital certificates of authenticity and provide access to detailed product information, care instructions, and customer support. 

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT 

5.1 Order Process 

Orders are accepted through our website contact forms, direct email communication, or other designated channels. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion.

Payment terms and methods are specified upon order confirmation. Full payment is required before production begins. 

5.3 Order Confirmation 

Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate availability. We will notify customers of any delays or unavailability issues. 

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING 

6.1 Production and Delivery Timeline 

Standard production: 3-4 weeks from order confirmation 

Shipping time varies by destination 

Estimated delivery dates are provided upon order confirmation 

6.2 Shipping Risk 

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 

6.3 International Shipping 

International customers are responsible for:

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

7.1 Made-to-Order Policy 

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c) regarding bespoke goods. 

7.2 Exceptions 

Returns may be considered only for: 

Manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery 

Products that materially differ from specifications 

NFC tag malfunctions affecting product authentication 

7.3 Allergic Reactions

Returns due to allergic reactions to materials will not be accepted if the material composition was clearly disclosed in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing material information before purchase.

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery under normal use conditions.
